• There are no hidden costs in our prices. The listed prices include shipping anywhere in the world.
Fabrication Information
• All our products are handwoven and made in Kerala, India.
• Unless stated otherwise, all our products are 100% cotton handloom
• As all items are hand-woven and hand-stitched there may be minor variations in colors and finishes. We consider these to be the inherrent charm of handmade.
• We work with governemnet co-operative weaving units. None of our weaving / fabrication involves any child labor.
Shipping and Handling Information:

We ship all our items through the EMS (Express Mail Service) which has tie-ups with national postal services internationally (USPS for instance, to the United States). This is a trackable courier service.
Within India: Delivery within India is 5 to 7 working days.
Outside India: Delivery anywhere outside India is within 10 to 14 working days.
All packages for outside India are insured and trackable, our product rates include shipping and insurance. Shipping time is excluding customs delays. Local taxes and import duties apply.
The items in stock are dispatched immediately. We, for the most part, try to keep our stock ready for our patrons; incase we are out of stock, please do give us 4 - 6 weeks to get the pieces made as each piece is custom hand-woven for Kara.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We are very keen for you to be happy with our products and continue shopping with us. Please be assured that we personally inspect each shipment.
